Vibrant and Compelling
The Health Center neighborhood is a vibrant and compelling mixed use “high opportunity” neighborhood that will provide future residents the very best in everyday employment, healthcare, and educational opportunities. Farmington is one of very few towns in Connecticut where more people work than live.
Excellent walkable employment opportunities abound in this neighborhood. West Farms Mall and Corbins Corner are a short drive. 500 acres of open space and trails await our residents at the West Hartford Reservoir. Top schools and sports programs are here for your children. Most every medical need is able to be cared for in this neighborhood.
There are six supermarkets between 2 and 3 miles: Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Highland Park, Stop and Shop, Target and Costco. All but Highland Market are accessible by bus route located within ½ mile of 80 South.
